Age and Access Requirements
- Users must be between 13 and 19 years old (Rule 3).
- Users under 13 require parental permission to join (Rule 5).
- Participation should occur under the supervision of a parent or guardian (Rule 4).
- Mobile, tablet, and updated browser/OS compatibility are supported (Rules 1, 2).
Behavior and Etiquette
- Do not flood, spam, or disrupt chat users in any way (Rule 6).
- Refrain from posting obscene, vulgar, or inappropriate messages (Rule 10).
- Do not advertise your own or other websites on the chat or blogs (Rule 13).
- Choose an appropriate and clean nickname (Rule 11).
Safety and Privacy
- Refrain from giving out personal information to anyone (Rule 8).
- Understand that chat moderators are staffed but cannot be active every minute (Rule 7).
Security and Legal Compliance
- Do not use any hacking or exploiting tools as it is against the law (Rule 9).
- Any user who tries to exploit other kids will be reported to the authorities (Rule 12).
- Users are potentially monitored by law enforcement agencies and subject to prosecution for illegal activities or exploitation (Rule 14).

- Ensure homework is finished before joining the chat (Rule 15).
- Take regular breaks to rest your eyes and clear your mind (Rule 16).
